Bailey Phillips works with clients whose lives are still shaped by trauma — including grief, a difficult relationship with food and body image, and patterns that no longer serve them. She’s completed Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, and Expansion training.

About Bailey
Healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood — that belief shapes how Bailey works. Her aim is to build a space where you can explore your experiences safely, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
Most of the clients Bailey works with arrive feeling stuck in the effects of trauma. Sometimes that shows up as overwhelming grief. Sometimes it’s a painful relationship with food or body image. Sometimes it’s patterns that once protected them and no longer serve them.
Her clinical background spans the full continuum of care — inpatient and residential settings, PHP, IOP, and outpatient therapy — which means she’s supported people at every stage of healing, from crisis to long-term recovery. At Reconnect, that work happens entirely through secure telehealth.
Bailey draws on Brainspotting and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process experiences that still register in both the mind and the body. Having completed Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, and Expansion training, she helps clients build flexibility in how they respond to what life brings, and move toward lives that reflect their values rather than the pain of their past.
She knows starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and she treats being part of that process as a privilege. Whether you’re grieving a loss, healing from trauma, or rebuilding your relationship with yourself, her approach is compassionate and collaborative — safe enough to heal in, and structured enough to move forward from.
