Morning Breathing & Grounding
Much of our daily stress can be reduced significantly with a daily practice of breathing & grounding. Join us to learn how to to start each day fresh and centered.
Thursday 2-3 pm
Mindful Self Compassion
In challenging times, the practice of Mindfulness can take you from negative fear to reset your heart & mind to receive life with compassion and avoid judgement. Join us to learn how to keep your mind in the moment.
Friday 3-4 pm
Somatic Tools For Nurturing Restoration
Humans have the innate ability to overcome the effects of trauma when we move safely past where we “get stuck”. Join this group to work towards that goal and move forward by overcoming your fear using our Somatic tools.
