About Sanae
Sanae Suzuki, DAOM, L.Ac, Dipl.OM, PRCFMP, holds a doctorate in East Asian Medicine, with doctoral research focused on the treatment of insomnia. At Reconnect, she provides individual Somatic Experiencing sessions over telehealth and facilitates an explorative virtual group that blends somatic work, somatic-based art, and integrative psychiatry concepts.
Her clinical framework combines advanced Somatic Experiencing training with functional and integrative medicine, including the Psychiatry Redefined fellowship. Her group moves between direct somatic and creative experience and evidence-based reference material, giving clients both the practice and the science behind it.
Qi Gong and East Asian meditation run through Sanae’s work as practical tools for nervous system regulation, offering clients ways to steady themselves between and beyond sessions.
